Warranty

Warranty period: Up to one year internationally from the date of purchase. ( 2 years for Norway )

This warranty covers all manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, watch case, glass).

Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty.

You must provide your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem.

If we do not find any problems described above, the product will be returned to the customer.
This warranty does not cover:
- Failure or damage as a result of inappropriate use or carelessness (thump, impact, crushing, broken glasses, too much winding etc.)
- Fault or damage as a result of unauthorized repair or modification
- Failure or damage caused by fire, water or natural disasters, such as earthquakes
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging (small scratches etc. on the watch case and / or glass, color change on the strap or peeling of the plating)
- Battery life. Battery replacement is charged even during the warranty period.
- If the watch has suffered water damage as a result of the crown having been pulled out while the watch has been in contact with water. This will not be considered a legitimate complaint, even if the watch is originally waterproof.
- No watch is condensation-proof even if they are waterproof. This applies even to the very expensive watches. Condensation typically occurs if you go from extreme cold to high heat.

A rule of thumb for watches is that internal faults (typically faults in the watch's movement) are covered by the warranty, provided that the fault has not occurred under the circumstances mentioned.

External faults are rarely covered, unless they are detected immediately after receiving the item.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, strap or other parts of the watch can be replaced with equivalent parts if the original parts are not available. This warranty covers free replacement in accordance with the terms of the warranty and within given limits.

If the product is no longer available, the customer can choose a product of the same value as a replacement, no refund will be taken later than 14 days after purchase.

As we do not have our own workshop, the product must often be sent directly to the manufacturer/importer or an independent repairer. This guarantees that the complaint case is dealt with as quickly as possible by people with the necessary expertise. Complaints normally take between 2-4 weeks, in very special cases it can take up to 8 weeks if special parts are missing.

If the complaint is not justified, an administration fee of NOK 250 will sometimes be charged, as well as cover for shipping costs for returning the item.
